I think we need an achievement for defeating the ICS with a Tyrant. Especially if it's balanced to Pardus levels of quality.

you tease me with the first 3 and the last 2. :) compared to your designs, only the official 1.01 ships can match your awesomeness :)
However there are always a few that get really good.

However, I have absolutely NO coding knowledge... at most I can do some Flash ActionScript 3.0, XHTML and CSS... but that's totally not like XML, so is there a good Transcendence XML code tutorial/guide for someone who never coded before?
Regarding those ships, why is it so complicated with bitmap masks and stuff? Can't people just use a PNG with transparent background and scrap the masking part? or is that incompatible with the game? If .PNG is impossible, I would also like a simple tutorial to make a good mask for ships. (when I try masking, it ends up sloppy)


I hope I can get some help with this.

etc. Not even a small part of what I made in total. I have made over thousands of ships and buildings.
I made this for an other game called "Pardus". I think there are some pardus ships on Xelerus already (I didn't make them), I intend to continue that trend and make a full pardus-style modpack, completely overhauling Transcendence's ships and buildings :)
I'm downloading DoGA-L3 recently. Not only that I'm just starting to get tired of re-painting ships, but I wanna make a design of my own. Thanks, and may God Bless You.

Will start working on Transc conversion in the next couple days :D

I'm taking requests for priorities, considering one such conversion already takes roughly an hour or so, priority ships definately will be done before the rest if I know they will be used.

I will try to adapt all ships you release to Playership Drones, when I can.

Requests:
* Smaller Thunderbird, about the size of a Manticore, Britannia, or EI200. It is one of the smaller and lower ranked ships in Pardus, but your first Thunderbird remake was destroyer or cruiser size. If you still want to re-release a bigger Thunderbird, make one with 72 facings.

* 72 facings Doomstar.
Download and Play in 1.9 beta 1...
Drake Technologies (Alpha): More hardware for combat in parts 1 and 2!
Star Castle Arcade: Play a classic arcade game adventure, with or without more features (like powerups)!
Playership Drones: Buy or restore exotic ships to command!

Other playable mods from 1.8 and 1.7, waiting to be updated...
Godmode v3 (WIP): Dev/cheat tool compatible with D&O parts 1 or 2.

Hey guys.
I'm so unbelievably sorry I just didn't hold myself to my word and converted the models to Transcendence.
Point is that it's an incredibly tedious and boring process to create ships with 40 or more faces. :(


So, I'm not going to make promises.
I'll only say this: Transcendence got back into my spotlights again, so chances are very good I'll make a few ships again. I'll start with updating the ships I already have on Xelerus.

Just a few questions:

1: Did anything change in regards to the ship code?
2: Is it still the usual 40 faces per ship?
3: Can I use PNGs for ship graphics now?

Hey guys.

Sorry for the lack of progress.
I recently bought a new PC and had some issues porting my models from one to the other. :)
Need to get my hands on a copy of Dreamweaver again before I can mod any further. But after that, it's all fine :D
