I have gotten shields out of it before, like an invincible(rc5) or plasma(can't remember). the more you donate the better you get.

Derailing this slightly: What items can you get by donating medical supplies to the CSCs? I've never done it again because I only got a cask of whiskey or whatever when I tried some years ago.

Depends on which CSC you are on

On the arctica, depending on how much you donate,
0 - Kobe Water
1250 - EMP immune coating (4)
2500 - R5 Deflector
5000 - Invincible deflector
10000 - plasma shield

On the sahara
0 - European ice vodka
1250 - R1 deflector
2500 - patch spider
5000 - blue etherium crystal
10000 - mammoth 100 shield
