Overall, the challenge level was quite a bit higher than .99c. Fun!

- I like the new balance of shields to armor, though at some points my shields felt a bit like tissue-paper.

- Enemy capital ships were VERY slow to kill through most of my game, though my weapon load-out was sub-par through most of the game, so YMMV.

- I was very hard to kill as well. Previously I would never have sunk rin into armor before weapons, but it was well worth it this time.

- Not having a station that can equip lvl X weapons in the game is kind of harsh, even for the RNG. Might be nice to have one guaranteed one somewhere...

- Area Effect Missiles (and missiles in general) seem grotesquely underpowered. I tried using high level missiles in my load out until it became clear that I'd probably need hundreds of missiles to kill a single cap ship the way they currently work. Something about the way area of effect weapons works really bugs me... They just seem completely ineffective about 80-90% of the time, like they didn't even register.

- Ares shipyards are VERY hard to take out without parking on them now. In general it takes longer to kill stuff in this version, and keeping up with their production rate seemed impossible - especially when another phobos or deimos would show up to chase me off.

- Xenophobe World Ships are scary now! I like to pull them over to the Ferians and let them duke it out. Either way I win...

- Gaian terraformers on the other hand, are pretty much the wimpiest cap ships in the game now, which seemed a little odd. They don't have anything like the offense of other cap ships, so you just roll up and melt all that armor off them.

Overall - Great Work! I really like it, especially the re-vamped Heretic!

At least one of those heretic science stations should install level X stuff.

I watched a single Worldship take out an entire system - by itself. Every station, every ship, everything. Multiple Ferian nests, etc. When you gate in and see six dead Ferian warriors, you know you've stepped down the wrong dark alley.
