Whenever I activate autons, I always seem to accidentally blow them out of the sky... Unless I tell them to wait on a sun, but then I'm not exactly using it, am I?

Anyone use the Autons Extended? I heared Encounters was buggy (Im STILL waiting for it to get fixed. ) but Extended works well.

There are a whole lot more autons, including a bunch of illegals.

I think these are how the new hostile ones are outfitted:

The Anarchist auton is an upgraded 200A with better shields and a blinder cannon. Those nutjobs have a wierd sence of humor...

The Pirate Auton has good armour, passable shields and... I think a heavy recoilless.

The one you REALLY have to watch out for is the Plague Auton. Cute little 200A-like thing that flies up to you and HAMMERS YOU POINT-BLANK WITH AN ACTINIDE WASTE CANNON before flying away as fast as it's engines can take it.

There's also an Anarchist Mule. It isn't hostile or illegal, but it comes preloaded with cargo, mostly illegal, and it EMPs you if you try to Jettison rather than Empty. It also packs a blinder cannon and forms up like a combat auton.


Lots of fun stuff in that mod -- the illegal version of the Tri-Blaster MAG auton sounds fun!
