Re: Xelerus will no longer function from 1st September, 2017
Ok, so I was investigating xelerus today, and it looks like xelerus was either silently updated a while back (an unknown amount of time ago) to either proxy the mods from dropbox (this is unfortunately still very likely, as the motivation behind it was likely security, the same reason that dropbox ...

Re: Forum theme
I messed around with the board settings, so if absolution hurts your eyes, you can at least use the digit theme which.. is kinda broken.

Re: The Stars Beyond
TSB is temporarily on-hold while I get things moved over to blender (many materials/textures broke, and I spent over a week just fixing the importer so that the meshes themselves would work), and then code up some UI alterations to blender to make it useable for my workflow

Re: 1.7 Beta 4 and Part II Alpha Test
The ISS Deliverance (maybe should be RISS? or IRSS?) shows up each time you enter mourner it seems. It also doesn't appear in the next system after gating out (assuming you are following it closely)

Re: Beam physics
You could just use the current reasoning behind speeds, and just rescale everything to be 0.1% of C instead of C, and compress the systems so everything APPEARS to be exactly the same, except stuff with 'beam' or 'continuousBeam' which would be going at a value of 1000 instead of 100. Relativistic w...

Timeline probably ruined
Hey george, I think its time to just say that we're dealing with an alternate future here - first Brexit, and now with isolationist trump at the helm, and an actual secession campaign with money starting to form in California (aka, Calexit - which is actually a very well founded and thought out move...

Re: Station placement
I think these are some really interesting ideas I like the sphere of influence idea, as its the most flexible, and having negative spheres helps control things A fully 'off' sphere could use the "-" for not random, signaling that nothing should spawn there, or maybe have a 'invert weights' parameter...

Re: The Stars Beyond
Tons of screenshots! I added in a bunch of stations and updated a few station graphics (Sorry, the valuf still have a placeholder station. Getting them a nice asteroid to use will take a bit more work) https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/3061400/TSB_Teaser_Pics/TSBBeta3.2.0_DPRD_ShipyardCapital.png ...
